What Is A Mechanical Time Switch

Its basic principle is very similar to a clock mechanism. When the shaft is rotated, the mainspring is pressed tightly. After letting go, the mainspring is used as the driving force to drive the gear, and a two-layer eccentric plastic timing cam is driven by the transmission and speed change of the gear set. Turn on or off the corresponding contact to complete the function of forward, stop or reverse rotation of the motor. The time interval is controlled by the speed of the gear rotation and the shape of the eccentric.

Rated voltage of mechanical time switch: 230VAC, contact capacity: 16A (resistive load), 4A (inductive load).

Advantage:

The timing program is compiled by the user to turn on or off the circuit regularly.
