Application

Over voltage under voltage protector with auto-reclosing Function (hereinafter referred to as the protector)is a new-generation home appliance protection device developed according to the current commercial power situation. It can protect against abnormal voltage. When the mains voltage is over or under the protector operating voltage, the over voltage under voltage protector can cut off the load power fast to protect the electrical appliance and personal safety. When the mains voltage returns to normal, the protector automatically turns on the power, restores the power supply, and achieves full-automatic control. The two-color LED on the panel indicates the working state of the protector. When the indicator light is green, the power supply is normal. When the red light is on, the protection function starts to cut off the power supply. It has the characteristics of simple and convenient use, stable and reliable performance. The product is compact in structure and beautiful in appearance and is mounted on the Miniature Circuit Breaker.

Installation and dimensions

Instructions

1. Wire over voltage under voltage protector identification input(IN) and output(OUT) correctly. (The load power should be less than the rated power of the product)

2. The two LEDs on the product panel indicate the status: the power is turned on, the power indicator(green) is on, the protection indicator(red) is off when the power is normally supplied, and the protection indicator(red)is on when the protection is in the protection.Start,cut off the load Power.

3. After the power is turned on for 60 seconds, see if the red light will stop. If it can be stopped, it is normal.

4. The green light will be on after power on, countdown time 30 seconds, 275V overvoltage trips, 165V under voltage.

5. When power on, the green light flashes and starts reading. After 30 seconds, it was detected that the circuit voltage was about 220V;the green light was on, and the red light next to it was off. When the circuit voltage rises up to 275V, the red light is on and the load is disconnected automatically. When the voltage returns to the normal value, the green light starts to flash. After 30 seconds, the relay loads and turns on. The green light is always on, the red light is off, and the under voltage is the same. The under voltage is about 165V.

6. In some cases, only the green light flashes, to start the countdown, which is a normal phenomenon. This is the problem of over voltage under voltage protector power failure when we debug. As long as the relay can pick up the load after the countdown has passed.
