Secondary Wiring Process

1. According to the schematic diagram, if the terminals are not in the same position, the terminals should be connected. Do not connect 3 wires to one terminal. Checking for errors is not so much, you can only check one by one according to the schematic diagram.

(1) The cross-section of the wire is selected. The line of the mains (AC 220V) voltage circuit is 1.5 square millimeters; the current circuit is 2.5 square millimeters. The battery is generally 1.5 square millimeters.

(2) When wiring, check whether the signals at both ends of the wire correspond to each other, so as to avoid unnecessary mistakes.

(3) The most important thing is to understand the schematic diagram and wiring diagram.

2. If you are a novice, you should review the drawings first, sort out your own ideas, and check whether there are any problems with the drawings. You can figure out what you don't understand first, which is conducive to making lines. Then start wiring.

Requirements for secondary wiring construction: construct according to the drawing, and the wiring is correct; the wires and electrical components are connected by bolts, plugged in, welded or crimped, etc., all of which should be firm and reliable, and the wiring should be good; the wiring is neat, clear and beautiful; the wires are well insulated , no damage; there should be no joints for the wires in the cabinet; the circuit number is correct and the writing is clear.
