Precautions for wiring and installation of household modular contactors

Jul 10, 2021

1. Before installation and use, check whether the rated voltage of the coil is consistent with the actual use.

2. Before use, wipe off the anti-rust grease or rust on the iron core with gasoline. Avoid sticking during use. Resulting in power failure and cannot be released.

3. When installing, it is generally installed vertically, and the inclination angle should not be too large and should not exceed 5°, otherwise it will affect the action performance of the contactor.

4. When installing, especially when connecting wires, pay attention to clean up the broken wires to avoid falling into the contactor, causing the contactor to jam and causing the coil to burn out.

5. When connecting the wires, be sure not to expose the metal parts of the wires to the air to avoid oxidation. Tighten each screw to avoid poor wire contact due to vibration.

6. When installing, the two sides with holes should be placed on the upper and lower sides to facilitate heat dissipation.
